I am Karin McGrath Dunn—former leader, family business owner, oldest daughter, mother to two ADHD teens, caregiver to elders, trusted colleague, leadership coach, friend, and sister. My life has often been a matter of twisting, turning, churning, and flexing through these roles, striving to make it all work. I've faced more than my fair share of stumbles along the way, but each one has been a step toward deeper learning.

Beyond these roles, I’m a story collector, visual archivist, and systems thinker. My neurodivergent mind constantly seeks to unravel the layers, patterns, and threads that weave together our workplaces and our lives. I’ve come to see this ability as both a gift and a guide, pushing me to make sense of the complexities that surround us.

This is a place where we can embrace the elasticity of life together—honestly facing into the challenges, recognizing the beauty, and seizing the opportunities for growth.
